Pole Tents

Pole tents are a popular choice for outdoor events, offering a classic look and sturdy structure. However, specific requirements must be met for proper installation:

• Setup Surface: Pole tents must be installed on soft surfaces like grass or dirt, where stakes can be driven securely. They cannot be set up on hard surfaces such as concrete or asphalt without prior approval to drill holes.

• Space Requirements: Allow for 4-5 feet of additional space on all sides of the tent to accommodate stakes, ropes, and proper tensioning.

• Alternative Options: If your event location features a hard surface, consider our frame tents, which do not require staking.

• Sidewalls: Sidewalls are not included with the tent rental but can be added upon request for an additional fee.
